The Brentwood High School community takes pride in providing high quality customer service to both students and parents with the support and resources necessary to set students up for success. Brentwood High School requires 28 units of credit for graduation compared to the state minimum of 25.
More than 90 percent of Brentwood High School teachers have Master's degrees or beyond. Teachers at BHS have an average of 15.1 years of teaching experience. BHS teachers adapt innovative teaching strategies using an 8-Block schedule with 87 minute classes. Students connect daily with their advisory staff member, who serves as their advocate for four years of high school.

Outstanding Co-Curricular Activities and Clubs
Brentwood High School offers its students the ability to engage in a wide variety of sports, clubs, and service-oriented activities. Over 70% of BHS students participate in co-curricular activities. Offerings are based on student interest and vary each year. Our BHS Debate Team competes successfully at the state and national levels, and our Robotics program has met with great success as well during its first year. BHS's athletic program is highly competitive for a school of our size. We have a "no-cut" philosophy, which allows all students to benefit from individual and team experiences and embrace new challenges. From success as a color guard squad, to marching band or athletic participation, school spirit is the trademark of BHS, "Home of the Eagles."
