Menus and Nutrition

Dear Brentwood School Parents,
Chartwells School Dining Services is pleased to be able to service Brentwood School District.
Throughout the year, students will have the opportunity to learn about and enjoy healthier, delicious meal options. “SIMPLY GOOD” is Chartwells’ nutrition education program that focuses on wholesome school meals and student wellness. Our menus offer whole grains, local fresh fruits and vegetables, lean proteins, and baked goods. At each school level, we will introduce new food items. Elementary will have homemade pizzas on a whole grain crust and Secondary will have Made to Order deli sandwiches with fresh toppings on baked bread, just to name a couple.
Let’s not forget about Breakfast, the first important meal of the day! A nutritious breakfast will be served at all schools. It will include daily items such as muffins, cereal, whole grain toast, fresh fruit, and low-fat milk choices.
Meal payments and purchases will be recorded through the use of Brentwood Infinite Campus system. Payments will be only accepted in the school office or online. Cashiers will not accept payments in the Café.
