Virtual Board Meetings during Stay at Home Orders
Posted on 03/24/2020
BSD Virtual Board MeetingsIn order to align with statewide and county "Stay-at-home" orders and school closing mandates that are currently in effect from now until the end of the school year, Brentwood School District is moving its Board of Education meetings to a virtual setting. This will ensure the suggested limit of ten people gathering is never exceeded while allowing the community access to view Board proceedings.

During this time, Board Meeting agendas will be limited to business items required for the proper functioning of a school district and to meet mandated legal requirements throughout the year.

The public is invited to view a livestream of the virtual Board Meetings on the district's YouTube page at These livestreams will be archived and captioned within a few days of the Board Meeting to make them accessible to all.

Public comments can be submitted for reading at livestreamed meetings by emailing Kate Hastings at

Meeting dates and times will follow the usual Board of Education meeting schedule, which will regularly be updated. This schedule is available under the "ABOUT US" > "BOARD OF EDUCATION" section on the website.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work with the community through the challenges of social distancing.
