Health Screening Forms
Before school each day, parents should complete the
Health Screening Form in ParentSquare for their child. This form will ask you to indicate if your child has experienced any new COVID-19 symptoms. If the answer is “yes” to any of the questions, please contact the school and keep your child home. In order to complete the form, families must have their ParentSquare account activated. You can learn more about ParentSquare and the Health Screening Form by clicking here

While at school, students must wear their masks. Throughout the day, teachers will direct students when to take brief mask breaks when it is safe to do so. Current research indicates that masks are one of the most effective ways of preventing the spread of COVID-19. Our teachers will be modeling proper mask wearing and we will work with our students to keep masks properly in place.

Staff will also wear masks while at school. In addition, we ask that members of the community continue to follow proper mask protocol so we can help lower the number of COVID-19 cases in St. Louis County.

Social Distancing

Social distancing, also called “physical distancing,” means keeping a safe space between yourself and other people who are not from your household. To practice social or physical distancing, stay at least 6 feet from other people who are not from your household in both indoor and outdoor spaces. For tips about social distancing, please click here

In order to help protect our students, staff, and community, the district is not hosting any large events or gatherings, including field trips, until further notice. We also encourage our families and staff members to exercise caution when deciding to participate in any events or gatherings like weddings, holidays, or social events. Please notify your school if you are planning to attend any large scale events or if you are planning any out-of-town travel.

If you do participate in gatherings, please follow the recommended guidance from the CDC and the St. Louis County Department of Public Health

When students come to school, they should use the classroom sink or one of our hand sanitizing stations to clean their hands. Our teachers will work with students to help build this habit, but families can help reinforce proper hand hygiene using the resources on the CDC website
