Substitute Teaching

Substitute teaching is an excellent opportunity for those who want a flexible schedule while engaging in meaningful work within the community. Brentwood offers competitive pay and a supportive team of teachers, staff and administrators.

Substitute teachers must have a current content substitute or teaching certificate from the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education. Please visit the substitute teachers section of DESE's website for instructions on obtaining a substitute certificate.

Policy and Regulations AC and ACA shall govern the grievance procedures, process and response for complaints and concerns by parents, patrons, employees or students of the district related to discrimination, harassment or retaliation on the basis of race, color, national origin, ancestry, religion, sex, disability, age, genetic information or any other characteristic protected by law.
