Board of Education Seeks Patrons for Advisory Committees

Students with hands raised

Nov. 3, 2022

The Brentwood School District believes strong community support is essential in providing a high-quality education for all students. To help guide this work, our Board of Education has established three advisory committees designed to engage the community and promote widespread involvement on issues that affect our district.

This fall, our board is implementing an application process for parents, business professionals and community members as a way to introduce new voices into each group. The three board advisory committees include:

  • Communications
  • Curriculum
  • Facilities and Finance

Each board advisory committee meets quarterly and provides regular updates at board meetings. Committee members will serve two-year terms with an anticipated start date of January 2023. All committee members must be residents of the Brentwood School District.

Please complete the online application before Tuesday, Dec. 13 if you are interested in serving on a board advisory committee. If you have questions or need assistance filling out the application, please contact Kate Hastings, Administrative Assistant to the Superintendent and Board of Education, at 314-962-4507 or khastings@brentwoodmoschools.org.
