Visitor Management System
Providing safe, secure schools is a top priority of the Brentwood School District. As part of our ongoing safety and security efforts, we have implemented a visitor management system to electronically register and review individuals who visit our schools.
What happens when visitors arrive at our schools?
- Visitors will be asked to provide an approved form of identification when they enter the school’s secure main entrance.
- For speed of service, visitors will use a kiosk to verify the approved form of identification and check into the system.
- When the visitor has been verified, the system will create a customized badge that includes the name, date, time and destination in the building.
- The visitor will wear this badge while in the building, allowing students and staff to easily identify visitors on campus.
