Superintendent of Schools
The superintendent of schools serves as Brentwood's instructional leader and chief executive officer. As the district's top administrator, the superintendent is responsible for the quality of curriculum, educational programs and support services; the management of district operations; and the implementation of all district policies and procedures.
As the Board of Education's sole direct employee, the superintendent makes recommendations to the board and provides leadership in developing the district's vision, mission and strategic priorities. The superintendent also offers professional insight and guidance on matters considered by the board and works in partnership with board members to advance student success and community engagement.
The superintendent directly supervises the following personnel:
