Missouri will waive state and local sales taxes on qualifying back-to-school purchases made in stores and online from 12:01 a.m. on Friday, Aug. 7, through midnight Sunday, Aug. 9.

Qualifying items for this year’s Back-to-School Sales Tax Holiday include:

• Clothing: Any article with a taxable value of $100 or less
• School supplies: Up to $50 per purchase
• Computer software: Taxable value of $350 or less
• Personal computers: Up to $1,500
• Computer peripheral devices: Up to $1,500
• Graphing calculators: Up to $150

School supply lists for Brentwood High School, Brentwood Middle School, Mark Twain Elementary School and McGrath Elementary School are available on our district website.

Brentwood Early Childhood Center classroom teachers emailed school supply lists directly to enrolled families on Monday, July 27. Families with questions about BECC school supplies are encouraged to contact the school office.
