About Brentwood Food Service

The Brentwood School District has partnered with Chartwells to provide students with quality food and nutrition knowledge. Chartwells believes all students should have access to wholesome and appetizing food, whether it is a full meal or a quick snack. Menus offer whole grains, local fresh fruits and vegetables, lean proteins and baked goods.

Please contact Lauren Steffens, director of food service, at 573-579-6375 or lsteffens@brentwoodmoschools.org if you have any questions about our food service program.

Free and Reduced-Price Meals

Brentwood participates in the National School Lunch and Breakfast Program, a federally funded initiative that helps students qualify for free or reduced-price meals. This program also determines the amount of federal funding we receive for student academic and support services.

It is important that families who qualify for free or reduced-price meals fill out an application before the start of the school year. All applications are confidential and families will be notified by email when the application is available.

Please visit the Free and Reduced-Price Meals page of our website for more information.
