Each spring, all Brentwood families are required to complete the annual verification process before the start of a new school year. This process ensures that the district has the most up-to-date information for students and families, including emergency contacts, medical records and household details.

Annual verification is completed in the Infinite Campus Parent Portal and includes:

• Updating contact information for parents, caregivers and emergency contacts
• Reviewing and updating medical records to ensure accurate health information
• Confirming transportation needs (if applicable)
• Acknowledging annual notices required by board policy and state law

Annual verification is different from new student registration and must be completed each year for all new and returning students. Families must have an Infinite Campus Parent account to complete annual verification.

Infinite Campus is a comprehensive, web-based student information system with real-time access to grades, attendance, food service balances, student fees and more. Parents and caregivers can access the system through the secure website or smartphone app.
